If you haven’t already, download Cheat Engine.
Cheat Engine is an open-source tool that allows you to scan and change
memory allocated by a process, which comes mighty useful if you’d like
to cheat some games. With all the craze about the Flash games on Facebook, I’ll explain the initial steps you need to take to “hook” into a game. While you can use any browser, I picked Chrome just because it’s very easy to find the process you need in Cheat Engine. So, let’s start!
Open Chrome, login to Facebook and start a flash game – for instance, FarmVille or CityVille. Go to

button on the toolbar. Now, locate the chrome.exe
process – there will be multiple processes, we want the one prefixed
with the Process ID obtained above. In this example, it is 00010844-chrome.exe
