How to become an eBIZ Associate?
Potential participants can become an eBIZ Associate at No Charge.
It is neither compulsory to buy Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II to become an Associate, nor it is mandatory to enter in the business programme to earn commissions by selling the Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II / eBIZ Educational Package to others. Associates entering in our program without buying any product would be given Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package. They can also sell some of our Products and Services and earn commissions as per Retail Compensation plan.
Both Retail and Group Compensations would be applicable to the Associates who have purchased our Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II .
Retail Compensation Plan
In order to get continued Learning and Participation in our Business / Mission and seek the benefit of Retail Compensation Plan, the following needs to be done every year (Free Associate):
(1)
Must Learn and successfully complete the Quiz of any one of the Courses offered in Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package.
(2)
Must sell eBIZ Educational Package to at least two individuals (Paid Students) available at very nominal costs, who are not otherwise a part of the program.
Associate (Paid as well as Free) will get direct commission of Rs 1000/- (in US $ 20) under Retail Compensation Plan on sale of eacheBIZ Educational Package -(eBIZ Educational Package Costs Rs.4495/- Inclusive of all taxes and in US dollars the cost of the Package is US $100 Inclusive of all taxes).
Note: Associates will not get any commission on Students joining without Purchase of any Product (FREE STUDENT).
eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. Calculates the commission under Retail Compensation Plan in the first week of every month for the sales received in the previous month. There would be Rs.170/- (inclusive of all Taxes) (US $4 approx.) Handling Charge from each cheque, besides any Tax Deductions at Source, as may be mandatory by Law, for the Indian Associates.
Group Compensation Plan
In order to get continued Learning and Participation in our Business / Mission and seek the benefit of Group Compensation Plan, the following needs to be done every year:
(1)
Pay Annual Maintenance Charges Rs.4495 (Inclusive of all Taxes for Second Year onwards) or US $100, if you have purchased
Advance eBIZ Educational Package.
Purchase
eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package ( 1 Night / 2 Days Holiday Hotel Accommodation) at Rs.4495 (Inclusive of all Taxes for Second Year onwards) or US $100, If you have purchased
eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II.
Note : Free Online computer course will be provided.

If you want to switch the package next year from Advance eBIZ Educational Package to eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I, Advance eBIZ Educational Package to eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II, eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I toeBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II or vice versa, you can do so by purchasing 3N / 4D eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I/II or Advance eBIZ Educational Package respectively, which cost Rs. 10675 or US $340 (Inclusive all Taxes).
(3)
Must learn and successfully complete the Quiz on any one of the given Computer Courses.
(4)
Must attend at least two Conventions / Seminars / Contact Workshops organized by eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. for Computer Learning / Teaching / Promotion of our Mission and must take active participation in promoting eBIZ Business / Mission.
(5)
Must maintain 2 directly self sponsored Associates all the time.
(6)
Must teach "Absolutely Free" (any one of our existing Courses ) to two individuals who cannot afford computer education (Free Student), and who are not otherwise a part of our program. Must help them to complete the Quiz successfully.
(7)
Must sell eBIZ Educational Package to at least two individuals (Paid Students)available at a very nominal cost, who are not otherwise a part of the program (Optional).
(8)
Must attend all review / appraisal meetings organized by the President of eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. at eBIZ House. (Compulsory for All the Diamond & Above Associates).
(9)
Must attend all Seminars / Contact Workshops / Training meetings organized by the President of eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. at eBIZ House. (Compulsory for All Silver & Gold Associates).
Your organization grows in the following ways (Based on purchase of Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II ) :
If you purchase Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II and after taking Teaching / Learning / Training from eBIZ / eBIZ Leaders and could sell the same package to a minimum of two individuals and by Teaching / Training / Helping them , your sale organization may grow in two parts i.e. Left Sale Organization and Right Sale Organization, also known as Left and Right Leg. Please note that out of many people whom you show Product / Business / Mission plan only few will purchase our product and out of many such purchasers only few will be willing to participate in our Business / Mission and willing to take training from eBIZ and its Leaders. Hence you have to have enormous patience and willing to work very hard for any accomplishment with eBIZ. All the Purchasing Associates must be taught how to Learn from our Courses even if they do not wish to participate in our Business / Mission. Associates participating in our Business / Mission must attained most of the training programmes organized by the Company.
The Selling Associate is known as Sponsor.
The sales with respect to the Associate who buy the Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II are either going to be placed on left organization or on the right organization of the Sponsor. These Purchasing Associates can also sell to more people our Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II and place these sales in their own organization in the same way.
Once you sell to two people and place them in your sale organization (one on your left and one on your right), the next sale of Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II , would be placed either on the left of your left sale or on the right of your right sale, this is known as your spill over to the existing sale in your organization.
Every time your organization grows by virtue of 50 Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II having been sold in the ratio of 1:2 in each side of the sale organization you complete ONE ORBIT, By completing First Orbit you may earn a maximum of Approx. Rs.32,500 (US $650 Approx.) for first orbit and a maximum of Approx. Rs.25,000 (US $500 Approx.) for second orbit onwards (as per current First and Second onwards Orbit rate, which may fluctuate in any / every commission cycle).

Note:
1.All payable commissions are exclusive of Service Tax as applicable.
2.The commission receivable except the commission on Advance eBIZ Educational Packages includes all charges and levy of taxes, which is in force or to be in force, like Service Tax, VAT, Excise etc.
The commissions paid out by the company in a Week / Fortnight or any other defined period is based on the total cost of the Advance eBIZ Educational Package / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package I / eBIZ Holiday Accommodation Package II ( sales matured atleast 30 Days prior to the commission period would only be considered for the commission ). This may bring fluctuation in the Steps, Cycles, First Orbit Rate, Second Orbit Rate and the Maximum Earned Commission by the Associates for that commission period. However eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. Reserve the right to add, modify, delete or change any of the Rules, Terms, Conditions, Benefits and Rewards as its sole discretion, with or without any notice.
There is no limit to the number of orbits you may complete in a day. Company reserves the right to determine the maximum Weekly / Fortnightly or Monthly incentive paid out to any Associate.
Note: If the total number of sales for any Week / Fortnight / Month is not sufficient to release the commission then either we will club the sales of that Week / Fortnight / Month to the sales of next Week / Fortnight / Month and run the commission on the basis of total sales for these Week / Fortnight / Month and also can modify orbit / step rates to run the commission. The minimum sales required to run the commission in any specific Week / Fortnights / Months would be determined / decided by the company and the decision of the company in this regard would be final.
To Earn in Dollars you must have at least 1/3rd of your total organizational sales in Dollars and you must be resident of outside India.
eBIZ.com Pvt. Ltd. may calculate the commission under Group Compensation Plan every Week / Fortnight or Month. Commission is Paid only to active and deserving Associates (who fulfil tough conditions as displayed and make Sales as per defined Business model). Commission would only be released for the sales which got matured atleast 30 days prior to the commission day. There would be a deduction of Rs.170/- (inclusive of all Taxes) (US $4 approx.) for handling charge from each cheque, besides any Tax Deductions at Source, as may be mandatory by Law, for the Indian Associates.
Free Associates would be given Free Basic eBIZ Educational Package and he will be getting commissions from Retail Compensation Plan only. Please note that Free Associates will not be a part of our Group Compensation Plan. For Associates who have Purchased Product (Paid Associate) would enjoy Both Retail and Group Compensation Plan.
